You will be contacted 2-days prior to the event by the event committee member to go over the rules, finalize your event set-up and provide copy Special Event Insurance.
I , the undersigned, agree:
1. Provide special event coverage with zero deductible via this website https://www.theeventhelper.com. Add Serenoa Homeowner's Association (Elliot Merrill, 835 20th Place, Vero Beach, FL 32960) as additional Insured for the event. Print the policy and provide a copy two days prior to the event at the time of the inspection.
2. Owner hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Association, its agents, officers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, servants and employees against any claim, suit, loss or expense by reason of any liability imposed by law on the Association because of injury, loss or damage resulting from the use right hereunder granted by Serenoa HOA allowing Owner and his/her guests and invitees exclusive right to enter upon and use the facilities for the period set forth above rules and the Serenoa Clubhouse Agreement. This includes, without limitation, any injury, loss, claim, or damage related to COVID-19.
3. I have read the above and agree to abide by all Rules and Regulations. I further agree that all damages will be my full responsibility and I agree to reimburse, indemnify and hold harmless the Serenoa HOA for the full cost of restoration, upon demand made upon me by the HOA.
